Great day in the hills.

Started out on the Nant TT course. Trails were really nice, farily dry and seemed to be riding really smoothly. Didn't try too hard at first, but got to bottom of Mark of Zorro fairly quickly and then did some hard intervals on the Leg Burner so decided to finshi the TT course just to put in a time. 46:08 which isn't that quick and a full 2 minutes slower than my personal best, but not too bad either.

Then had a easier ride around the Pendam Trail. Again the trails were beautiful and I was getting air in places I don't normally.

Will have to get out again as soon as my new bike arrives.
